Stewart Kiely is an Executive Manager with over 30 years of experience managing projects, assets, exclusive properties, facilities, and leading people.

I started this business because, within the different industries I’ve worked in, I’ve seen a need for a practical and pragmatic approach to issues that facilities, assets, and projects face on a daily basis. I provide personalised, professional, practical, and dedicated service and solutions that support owners and operators that want to:

  1. have a clear and transparent understanding of what’s happening for their asset or where the project is at, and
  2. be provided with practical and affordable solution to achieve goals or resolve problems and,
  3. provide a clear path forward to achieve results. 

 

Having worked in some of the most remote locations worldwide, I’ve managed exclusive properties and facilities, achieving extraordinary outcomes and successfully directing and managing projects over $150m. I always strive to develop and enhance local talent to ensure continuity within the organisation.

 

I believe in a simple motto that ‘the standard you walk past is the standard you accept‘, and I hold myself accountable, leading by example.

 

I’ve successfully managed multiple facilities across multiple industries and various diverse and complex projects. I’ve worked in engineering, construction, health, hospitals, state and local government, consulting, utilities, marine, mining, hotel and resort luxury hospitality, aviation, airports, and property real estate.

 

I believe anything is achievable by working together as a team to reach your goal. I am adept at developing and implementing asset management systems tailored to project operational requirements and governance. In addition, I have first-hand experience in the application of Australian Standards for asset and maintenance management.
